Dermalize Protective Tattoo Film is a latex-free breathable film, made of polyurethane and hypoallergenic acrylic glue.
REGISTERED MEDICAL DEVICE
Dermalize Protective Tattoo Film is made of polyurethane and hypoallergenic acrylic glue and it is registered as a medical device of class I with the Italian Ministry of Health, as well as with the American FDA (Food & Drugs Administration).
DERMATOLOGICALLY TESTED
It is dermatologically tested and before its release on the global market in February 2015, it had been tested for about 2 years by a pool of 10 among the most qualified and renown tattoo artists in the world.
FLEXIBLE AND STRETCHABLE
The film can be overlapped in areas that are not straight and will perfectly adhere to any part of the body.
BREATHABLE
Dermalize (D-lizepro in the USA) sets itself on the global tattoo market as a certified medical replacement of the commonly used alimentary cling film. The film is breathable, letting oxygen in and allowing excess moisture vapor to be released from the wound.
ANTIBACTERIAL BARRIER
It builds an antibacterial barrier that guarantees a thorough protection from external agents. The tattoo film must be changed regularly as prescribed on the “How to use” section.
In most cases people choose to wear the first patch of Dermalize Protective Film for the first 24 hours, although we recommend to change it whenever it gets dirty, too loose or full of liquids.
When removing the film, make sure to carefully wash the area with natural soap and water and gently dry the tattoo.
Apply a thin layer of Hustle Butter on the tattoo to ensure a moist healing under the Dermalize bandage. This will also make it easier to remove it later on.
On the second day, repeat the operation at least once during the day.
From the third day any further application of Dermalize Protective Film can be kept on for a variable amount of time, depending on the client’s need, changing it at least once within 24 hours until the tattoo is completely healed. The total suggested use of Dermalize, covering all applications, is between 6 and 7 days. At the end of the healing process, make sure to hydrate the skin with Hustle Butter or any moisturizer of your preference.
N.B. If Dermalize Protective Film is hard to pull off the skin, simply let some mild water run under the tattoo film, so that the glue becomes slightly more tender and removal of the film is easier. You may also use Dermalize Velvet Cream or Hustle Butter or any oily product to rub under the film with clean fingers, in order to remove the glue.
